End-User License Agreement

This is legally binding, and action will be taken in regards to it. By proceeding in the installation you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

By installing, using, and proceeding in the installation of June you not only acknowledge this EULA (end-user license agreement) but also agree to take on any and all responsibility and consequences for your actions in regards to it. This is a legal agreement between you, the user, and Zoey/Luka, the developer. It applies to all aspects of the installed program (server-side communication, shader, user-interface, etc.). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR COPY THE SOFTWARE.

  • You must agree to all terms in this EULA in order to use this software.
  • You agree to allow June to install, modify, and remove files on your system (Note: this is used explicitly for things like installing the shader from the server, saving configurations, generating layers, and generating materials. June will not touch your personal files in any way.).
  • You agree to allow June to communicate with a remote server operated by Zoey/Luka (Note: this is used explicitly for things such as installing the shader and fetching metadata. No data or files on your half are transmitted beond what you submit.)

  • You may use this shader in commissions where the internal files (such as shaders, materials, animations, unity metadata, etc.) are not shared. In other words, you may use this shader in commissions where you are uploading the avatar with the shader to another user's account, or letting them clone the model.
  • You may upload this shader in models with their VRChat privacy status set to either public or private. Other similar games will vary by their security - you may always reach out to me.
  • You may redistribute the shader in compiled forms, with no user-interface or additional scripts, and only with the compiled code for active effects, in official game releases (no, you will not a find a loop-hole to share the shader this way.).
